What primary services do you offer?

We test potency, terpene profile and all other safety tests required by OMMA for Cannabis and Hemp products. We can also test earth/manure and other metals or small molecules for your special R&D needs.

What's your business hours?

We are open 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.

What are the rates/ turnaound of your services?

$300 for full panel tests. $75 for potency, $75 for terpene profile, $90 for Heavy metals or Residual solvents , $100 for Pesticides or Mycotoxins, $75 for Microbial, $50 for Water content/activity.  The turnaround time is 3 business day if sample is received before 1pm, 4 business days if not.

What are your terms and conditions?

PRICING AND CHARGES -
Prices to be charged for work performed for CUSTOMER are those currently published in the SUNRISE LABS (SUNRISE) standard price book unless otherwise agreed in writing by the CUSTOMER and SUNRISE. CUSTOMER must notify SUNRISE of price quotation at the time of the transfer of sample(s) to SUNRISE. Any cancellation of testing requirements will result in charges being assessed on all testing completed prior to the notice of cancellation. Unless otherwise agreed upon, samples containing hazardous material, will be shipped back to client at their expense, or disposed of at a certain fee, waste category dependent.
DELIVERY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
The specific format of the goods will be defined by CUSTOMER to SUNRISE upon delivery of the sample(s) to SUNRISE. SUNRISE will analyze samples provided by CUSTOMER as requested by CUSTOMER in accordance with the procedures documented in the SUNRISE Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Samples are retained for 30-days. If additional time is desired, then a written request is required and an additional monthly fee will apply.
CONFIDENTIALITY -
SUNRISE will use its best efforts to treat all information regarding work performed for CUSTOMER as proprietary and confidential. No CUSTOMER information will be released to third persons without the written request of the CUSTOMER. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY SUNRISE gives no warranty, express or implied, or of fitness for a particular purpose, in connection with its analytical testing or reporting. Any liability of SUNRISE to CUSTOMER or any third party shall be limited to the cost of analysis charged to CUSTOMER.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Credit line account are payable within 15 days. Accounts that are past 30 days will incur 1½% per month on all sums past due until paid in full. Customer agrees to pay the interest as a service charge and all of SUNRISE's collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
EXPERT TESTIMONY AND COURT APPEARANCES In the event CUSTOMER requires the further written opinion or testimony of any employee of SUNRISE, including response to a subpoena issued by CUSTOMER or any third person, CUSTOMER agrees to pay such additional fees and expenses as may be reasonably assessed by SUNRISE.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement or the analytical testing of reporting of SUNRISE shall be settled through mediation and/or arbitration rather than litigation, and the cost of the ADR shall be borne equally by both parties. APPLICABLE LAW Legal matters arising from work performed by SUNRISE for CUSTOMER will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws for the state of Oklahoma.

Lab Technicians

Responsibilities:
Follow laboratory SOP’s for extraction of cannabinoids on raw products (flowers, concentrates and edibles) and perform analysis by following SOP’s for potency/terpenes/pesticides/mycotoxins/residual solvents.
Perform raw data  input into LIMS system.
Complete daily laboratory logs, such as a temperature, balance calibration and instrument maintenance.
Maintain supplies for extraction laboratory.
Maintain sufficient stock of all calibration and LCS standards for all analytical methods Solvent and sample disposal.
Work independently while retaining self-motivation & function as an influential team player.
Minimum Qualifications: GED/High school diploma / Associate Degree in Science Background
Compensation:  depending on experience, with potential for advancement based on performance
